Washington Mutual wanted to talk about their dedication to innovation in the financial industry. Walking into a Washington Mutual bank didn't feel like a bank. It felt more like a retail experience. In an effort to communicate their undying pursuits when it came to innovation, we created the WaMu Development Center campaign. In this TV campaign, WaMu's newly hatched ideas had their hearts in the right place, but needed a few kinks worked out. In the meantime, there were always great products and unrivaled customer service to be found at existing WaMu branches.
